Banana Peanut Butter Protein Crepes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop - Anytime Protein Shake - Creamy Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup - Whole Meal Flour
  • 1 tsp - Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup - Soy Milk
  • 1 - Banana
  • Peanut Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl together
  2. Put a drizzle of oil in a small pan
  3. Cook until you see bubbles in the mix and side is browned. This should be about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Flip over and repeat on other side.
  5. Put peanut butter and bananas (other toppings if you like) and roll up the crepe.
  6. Enjoy!
